On today's episode, we are spotlighting Cenergy Power's new 1.1 mega watt solar system at Primex Farms. Primex is a leading trader and exporter of dired fruit and nuts, based in Wasco, CA. According to Mark Sherrell, Plant Manager at the Wasco facility, the new solar photovoltaic system will account for 60% to 70% of total energy usage. Primex processes pistachios at their plant, which includes both a cold storage and roaster, both of which will be powered by Cenergy's solar system.
