Dan Bissett Joins Limoneira Sales Team as Associate Director
SANTA PAULA, CA – Always looking towards growth, Limoneira Company announced this week that Dan Bissett will join its global sales team as Associate Director. Dan will be based at Limoneira’s Corporate Headquarters in Santa Paula, CA.
“Limoneira has a strong history while still constantly looking to innovate,” said Dan. “The culture is unique, and one I am excited to join, and help promote.”
In his new role, Dan will focus on expanding Limoneira’s customer base, driving greater utilization of its crop, and accelerating inventory turns, according to a press release.
“Dan has extensive experience in sales, packing, and farming,” said Director of Global Sales John Carter. “His unique background supports the company’s goals of both selling the tree and connecting the customer to the tree.”
Dan will bring industry experience to the Limoneira team as well. Most recently, Dan worked for Primex Farms as Head of Grower Relations.
“Our global, multi-source, multi-market model demands sales from a grower perspective,” said Chief Operating Officer Alex Teague. “As our One World of Citrus platform continues to expand, Dan will help us develop our go-to-market approach in an efficient and organized manner.”
