ALDI will be boasting more than just a store opening in New Hampshire on March 1st, but the "new look" of ALDI as well. The location, which will debut in Salem offers higher ceilings and enhanced natural lighting. The store will also feature building materials that are environmentally friendly and responsible, including recycled materials and energy-saving refrigeration and light bulbs. To kick off the 9 a.m. grand opening, the Salem store will host a public ribbon-cutting ceremony accompanied by ALDI brand sampling for consumers and an on-site raffle for gift certificates. Bruce Persohn, South Windsor Division Vice President for ALDI, states, "We are pleased to bring the ALDI experience to New Hampshire for the first time with our new Salem location.” Mr. Persohn, continues, “We are confident our customers in and around the Salem area will appreciate our unique combination of high quality ALDI brand products matched with prices that produce incredible savings.”
