Established in 1993, California Specialty Farms began as a boutique specialty produce shipper. Specializing in fresh herbs, hand carved and turned vegetables, and sourcing the unique “bits & pieces” needed to fulfill culinary appetites of all kinds; was and remains one of our hallmarks. Although times have changed and the specialty produce world has evolved, our desire and commitment remain the same! From the smallest overnight package of a single pound of product, to commercial air containers or trucks filled with pallets of mixed commodities-we are feeding the world.
