The promotion asks fans to make the creative process a collaborative one, by enhancing the kit with a little personal attitude and ingredients. Gills Onions, graced the Discovery Channel this month on Dirty Jobs. At the company’s Oxnard, California processing facility, the show’s Mike Rowe, took to the job with the plant's employees and manager, Fernando Luna, He operated a fork lift, loaded onions into the bin dumper, and also performed closely with plant engineer, Arturo Coronado, on the company's Waste-to-Energy Project. Mike also teamed up with Steve Gill to fry onion rings. Nikki Rodoni, Director of Sustainability, states, “It’s always fun to watch people acclimate to the onion-filled air once they enter our facility, but the Dirty Jobs crew were great sports, digging right in to the day we had planned for them.”
