Philadelphia Wholesale Market, Divemex and Tex Starr

The Philadelphia Wholesale Produce Market will open its new market on June 5th.
It’s located at 6700 Essington Avenue in Philadelphia and will be the first and largest fully refrigerated wholesale produce market. CEO Sonny DiCrecchio, stated quote, “The years of planning and construction have paid off and our customers have everything to gain by the increased level of service, amenities and quality that they can expect to experience at the new PWPM.”

Congratulations to Divemex for receiving its fourth consecutive Socially Responsible Enterprise Award from the Mexican Center for Philanthropy. It’s a new papaya variety that shines brighter than its competition! Tex Starr Distributing is launching the “Royal Star Papaya.”

David Peterson, grower and proprietor of Tex Starr Distributing, said quote, “It smells and looks enticing, tastes amazing, is great for your body and has a longer shelf life than other papaya varieties available on the market.” The company plans to hold a consumer marketing push this summer to coordinate with the product’s availability.
