San Miguel Produce, is debuting a few new innovations in its Cut n' Clean Greens product line. Two ready-to-cook, cooking greens kits, and a new varietal will be gracing holiday meals this season. Two of these new additions are the "Crazy ‘bout Collards Kit" containing washed and chopped collard greens and the "Comfort Greens Kit" containing a washed and chopped blend of collard, mustard and turnip greens, both in 24 ounce containers. San Miguel is also packaging a new variety of spinach for the line: Curly Spinach. The green is the washed, sliced, ready-to-use, and available in 12-ounce bags. As a "heartier variety," the spinach better withstands the menu conditions that call for cooked spinach. Because of the variety's growing conditions in fertile Southern California, Cut `n Clean Greens can supply cooking greens the entire year-round.
