D'Arrigo Bros: Andy Boy Specialty Products at PMA Foodservice

Claudia Pizzaro Villalobos of D'Arrigo Bros joins us from this year's PMA Foodservice Expo in Monterey, CA. She went into detail on the company's line of Andy Boy® specialty products, which includes colored cauliflower, broccoli rabe, fennel, cactus pears and nopolitos. "All of our bags and labels are pink in honor of breast cancer research; we've raised over a million dollars out of New York this year alone, and we'll be celebrating with a pink party at this year's PMA Fresh Summit", states Villalobos.
