Green Giant Fresh: Brussels Sprouts & Green Beans at Southern Exposure 2011

We were able to catch up with Mishalin Modena, Marketing Director for Green Giant Fresh, at last month's Southern Exposure. Mishalin introduced the new Green Giant Fresh Brussels Sprouts, available in a 1lb Grab-N-Go high graphic bag. ''These are super convenient for consumers, and we are very excited to offer them. They've been a tremendous hit at the show for us.'' Mishalin also dished on a new full line of green beans that come cut and trimmed and are available now in a 12oz bag.
