Mastronardi Produce: Zima Tomatoes

Ashley Sarros, Marketing Coordinator for Mastronardi Produce, introduces the new Zima tomato at this year's Fresh Summit. The Zima has already been named as the industry’s “Best Overall” and the “People’s Choice” award winner. This golden orange grape variety was well received at the show; these bite-sized tomatoes are packed in a unique snack-ready clamshell. The top label is re-sealable and peels back exposing an opening wide enough to allow the tomatoes to be dispensed. The bottom piece has vent holes that allow the water to drain.
