Potandon Produce: Fresh Summit 2010

Mel Davenport, Senior VP of Operations at Potandon Produce, met up with the ANUK crew at this year's Fresh Summit to share some insight into his company's focus on unique potato varieties. European, Korean and South American potato varieties were on hand at the show, all with unique taste profiles, colors and nutritional benefits. Potandon Produce also offers different cooking suggestions for their diverse potato products.
