Tanimura & Antle: Artisan Red Onions at CPMA 2011

Rick Antle, Principle of Tanimura & Antle, joined the ANUK crew at this year's CPMA Expo in Montreal to talk about Artisan Red Onions. The onions have a very mild taste, have no pungency and are available year-round. The vegetable is a sweet italian onion that is perfect for burgers, pizza or salad. Tanimura & Antle have also introduced a new packaging that have graphic illustrations of serving ideas and come in two sizes – a 40lb bin and 120lb bin.
