Village Farms: Rainbow Pack Bell Peppers at Southern Exposure 2011

Doug Kling, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Village Farms, joined us at this year's Southeast Produce Council Expo. Mr. Kling discussed new, value-added products are now available from Village Farms, including the new Rainbow Pack of Bell Peppers. Village Farms products are all grown using hydroponic methods; they use an average of 87% less water and yield 50 times more product per acre than traditional field growers.
