SALINAS, CA - Ippolito International is funneling more strength into its Information Technology and Marketing departments through the expansion of its Salinas, California, team. The vertically integrated produce provider has announced Dennis Flynn as its newly appointed Director of Information Technology while welcoming Lindsay Nichols as Marketing Coordinator.

Flynn joins Ippolito from the Santa Maria, California, area, upholding a tenure in the produce industry that spans over two decades. He brings extensive experience in developing and enhancing organizational systems. Most recently, Flynn led a team of IT professionals at Curation Foods.

"Dennis brings with him a foundational knowledge of how to support a rapidly growing IT infrastructure," commented Vince Fata, Vice President, Finance. "With his expertise in various systems utilized in our industry, Ippolito is well-positioned to expand our IT capabilities and enhance our user experience, while maintaining the security protocols necessary in today's environment.”

Nichols is a 2023 graduate of California State University at Monterey Bay with a major in Business Administration, according to a recent press release from the company.

As Ippolito shared, Nichols' expertise will be extremely valuable to the company’s marketing arm.

Lara Grossman, Director of Marketing, commended Nichols for her leadership skills and marketing expertise.

"Lindsay brings a fresh perspective to our marketing efforts", said Grossman. "Her leadership roles while a student at CSUMB prepared her for a marketing position that relies on taking initiative.
