The company’s win came in the category of outstanding achievements in human capital development, fostered by its leadership development business model, Unleashing the Power of People (UPoP). For the year, NatureSweet has received seven awards for programs derived from UPoP, including: Powerful Brand Immersion, Best Use of Teamwork, and Best Global Leadership Program, among others.
