Top Seeds International Appoints Vicente Zamudio Guzman as New Country Manager, Mexico
ISRAEL - The end of one journey often signals the beginning of another. For Top Seeds International, the departure of Mauro Alvarado Gomez has led to the appointment of Vicente Zamudio Guzman to the role of Country Manager of Top Seeds Mexico. The division serves as a part of the international seed company based in Israel, and specializes in innovative hybrid vegetable varieties. Guzman started in his new position on September 8.
Guzman joins the team to enhance the company’s offerings to its Mexican customer base. According to a press release, he has extensive experience in the seed industry, holding positions at Asgrow, Syngenta, and Keithly-Williams Seeds. Guzman has served in roles that include sales management, R&D, and product development.
“We are confident having Vicente Zamudio on board will have a significant impact on the development of the Top Seeds business in the Mexican market,” commented Gianni Bernardotto, CEO. “It will also further enhance our ability to offer competitive products that fully meet our customers’ production and commercial needs.”
Before becoming part of the industry, Guzman graduated from Universidad of Sinalo, and later earned a Masters in Plant Science in Plant Breeding from the Colegio de Postgraduados.
