CASTROVILLE, CA - Ocean Mist Farms has announced that it is currently harvesting its popular Kalettes® just in time for summer cooking holidays and events.

With significant volumes, the company expressed confidence for what’s to come.

According to the company, each “kale sprout” is gently harvested by hand, varying in size due to how they are grown on the plant stalk, and are a colorful purple and green combination. They are versatile and easy for consumers to prepare, just in time for summer parties.
