Reports: Brussels Sprouts Market Firms as July Demand Holds
UNITED STATES & MEXICO - Brussels sprouts edge higher in early July as tighter availability and increased interest support firming prices across key shipping points.
According to the National FOB Review, 25 lb cartons of medium sprouts are mostly trading between 38.45 and 40.55, with a broader overall range of 32.45 to 42.75. Most shipments are being transferred from Mexico to Central California for consolidation and distribution.

With demand holding fairly good and markets showing slight upward movement, eyes are on whether volume can keep pace in the weeks ahead.
