SALISBURY, NC - What are the characteristics of an industry-leading business? The answer to this may be abstract, but one point of reference is provided by recognition from influential organizations. The National Business Inclusion Consortium (NBIC) is one such organization, recently naming Food Lion among the Best-of-the-Best Corporations in America committed to diversity and inclusion across all communities. This is the fourth consecutive year Food Lion has received the honor, joining the ranks of 50 other major businesses.

Linda Johnson, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Food Lion"At Food Lion, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive workforce, which is representative of the towns and cities we serve,” said Linda Johnson, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Food Lion.
