The produce industry recently took to Nashville for the Southeast Produce Council’s (SEPC) long-awaited Southern Innovations, and the event was yet another demonstration of the strength, ambition, and creativity of the fresh produce sector. One of the distinguished suppliers in attendance was Highline Mushrooms, and Sabrina Pokomandy, Sales Account Manager, gave me a few details surrounding this year’s show.
