ROSEVILLE, CA - One of AndNowUKnow’s local grocers, Raley’s, has narrowed its focus to pursue expansion, recently opening its flagship store in Sacramento and its first full-service grocery store in Rancho Murieta. Honing in on another market, the retailer recently signed a lease for a new retail center in Roseville as part of its concentrated growth strategy.

"This store is our next expansion project to new markets…We will determine the brand as we get closer to opening," Chelsea Minor, Corporate Director of Public Affairs, said in a written statement in regards to whether the store will bear the Raley’s or Bel Air name.

According to Sacramento Business Journal, the new store will be 35,000 square feet and is expected to open in the fall of 2022. The strategic move to take over this up-and-coming real estate will be integral as the company continues to build out its footprint.

The news source also disclosed that West Sacramento-based Raley’s store in Truckee, California, is nearing its final stages.
