BANGKOK, THAILAND - Emerson is being honored for its innovative prowess when it comes to technology as the company announced that its new GO real-time 4G/5G tracker was selected as one of the Top Innovative Products of 2022 at the THAIFEX Anuga Asia trade show. Out of more than 500 entries, Emerson’s offering was selected as one of 42 finalists and 15 winners.

“Whether customers are transporting food, health care items, or other valuable cargo, our technology provides real-time data, insights, and intervention services that enable our customers to take meaningful action for their valuable in-transit cargo,” said Ivan Fullin, Director of Cargo Solutions Asia. “We are pleased to be recognized by our colleagues in Asia for this honor.”

Over 1,500 exhibitors participated at THAIFEX Anuga Asia, with the products chosen as winners demonstrating food and beverage trends and innovation, a release stated.

The Top Innovation Show Finalists were selected based on criteria such as uniqueness in taste and packaging, ingredients, creative presentation, and technology. Emerson’s GO real-time 4G/5G tracker was the only technology finalist in the elite product group.

The GO real-time 4G/5G trackers use cellular technology to monitor in-transit conditions such as temperature, location, light, and humidity. The technology enhances connectivity and access to data and enables visibility of these aspects despite the ongoing transitions within the cellular technology industry.

To help ensure optimal connectivity globally, the trackers can connect using multiple modes and have an in-use life of 20 days of operation.
