As JPS’s newest Search Consultant, Amy brings over 20 years of diverse produce industry experience to the role. Her portfolio includes working for a grower/shipper in sales, a national procurement company as a commodity and account manager, and, most recently, for a global reusable container company as an account manager.

Amy Grolnick, Search Consultant, Joe Produce“I feel like this step into executive search is a culmination of my career, all the people I have met and learned from, and all the many experiences I enjoyed throughout the supply chain,” Amy said. “Years ago, I worked with JPS and really respected their culture and philosophy. The opportunity to assist others in making a career move and partnering them with the ‘perfect fit’ within this industry I have grown to love is exciting to me and I can’t wait for my first match.”

Amy truly values the time she has spent out in the fields and orchards, getting to experience the nuances of each crop as well as having had the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the intricacies involved in the entire farm to fork process. The company assured in its latest press release that her diverse experience gives her a broad perspective of the business from field to end user, and all the points between.

The new Search Consultant enjoys all the long-lasting relationships she has built with growers, shippers, distributors, wholesalers, marketers, procurement professionals, and company leaders across North America. When she’s not continuously expanding her produce IQ, Amy enjoys cooking and entertaining in her Salinas hometown while raising her teenage daughter and son with her husband.

JPS is comprised of experienced search consultants and produce professionals like Amy and more, with placements ranging from middle management to C-level positions covering a wide range of produce and produce-related businesses throughout North America.

Congratulations to Amy and to the Joe Produce team on a strong new start to 2020!
