SALINAS, CA - Seeking to grow its operation and ensure continuing prosperity, Mann Packing announced a slew of new executive hires this week. 

Tom Langell, formerly of Monterey Mushrooms, will serve as Mann's Director of IT, and be responsible for overall planning, organization, in addition to directing all IT operations. Langell will also be in charge of the support and maintenance of existing applications. Additionally, Langell will develop new technical solutions to issues Mann’s encounters, and supervise IT functions at all of the company’s locations.

Jennifer Lind will join the company as Sales Operations Manager. Lind graduated with honors from UC Davis in 2002 with a BS in Managerial Economics, she will be responsible for estimates on volume and raw product needs, annual sales, and revenue planning. She will also supply critical support for internal sales reporting. Lind is an accomplished produce professional with 12 years of experience at Earthbound Farm, where she worked as a Senior Manager in related areas.

Mann's also appointed Dylan Eads as a Sales Analyst. His responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales related data. Eads will develop and track key performance indicators and standardize Mann's reporting and analysis methods. Eads holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Saint Joseph’s University.

These hirings come fresh off the heels of Mann's announcing a new, sales-driving seasonal packaging.
