AndNowUKnow Presents a New Snack Magazine November Issue

SACRAMENTO, CA - We can never seem to sit still over here at AndNowUKnow. As the creators of the fresh produce trade news print publication, The Snack Magazine, we thought that this year would be as good as any to take our eight-issue run for 2019 up to nine, due to heightened demand for a November presence in the mailboxes of our revered viewership.

Slated to drop right before as the fall holidays ramp up into a winter rally, this issue will focus on the culinary innovations of the top categories and companies across our industry as we hit that infamous, and might I say lucrative, holiday push.

From WTFs (What the Forks) and UP CLOSE pieces, to core features that will tap food trends and the arena of burgeoning culinary artistry, this issue will bring the industry’s most flavor-forward together for an issue that belongs in retailers’, foodservice operators’, and buyers’ kitchens along with their office coffee tables and bookshelves. The barrier to entry? The time you are wasting now ;)

AndNowUKnow's debut November issue will focus on the culinary innovations

Interested in getting involved: Give us a shout here.

One of our industry friends shared his excitement with us, so take a gander below to see what he had to say...

Anthony Innocenti, Co-Founder, of LIV Organic Produce

Anthony Innocenti, Co-Founder. LIV Organic“November is a great month for The Snack because it’s the time of year to hit the reset button in the produce departments on what to emphasize for the upcoming season of winter and also to determine which in-season commodities will take over the displays with highest consumer traffic. In addition, as we will be coming off of PMA Fresh Summit, all sides of the produce industry should be focused on driving sales.”

The issue is filling up fast, my friends, hope to see you on the page for November and in the kitchen!
