EDINA, MN - Lunds & Byerlys announced that it has invested in new executive talent, having hired Pam Osborn to fill the newly-created role of Chief Financial Officer.

Pam Osborn, Incoming CFO, Lunds & ByerlysMost recently having served as President and Chief Operating Officer at award‐winning development firm Sherman Associates, Inc., Osborn brings a wealth of leadership and financial experience to the position. Before working with the multi-state design, construction, and finance firm, she was Chief Administrative Officer at privately-held real estate corporation CSM, managing millions of square feet of commercial and residential properties throughout the U.S., and served on the Federal Reserve’s small business advisory group.

On the buy-side, Osborn served grocery retailer Coborn’s, Inc. for four years as Chief Financial Officer.

In this new role, Osborn will apply her extensive background in strategic planning and organizational leadership, growth and expansion, financial modeling and analysis, and budgeting and forecasting. Lunds & Byerlys said that she will oversee finance, human resources, and information services, and play a significant role in ensuring the company continues to drive growth and reinvestment. She will officially join the company next month, effective September 18.
