LONDON, ENGLAND - There are few things I enjoy more than a jolly good royal wedding. Since Meghan Markle has become a royal, I can’t get enough of the latest news from the palace—and it seems I am one in a crowd feeling the draw because some serious investigative journalists have done their part to uncover what the real Meghan Markle likes…PRODUCE.

Possibly her all time favorite recipe was unveiled—after Markle tried to delete her blog, The Tigby Bustle. Retailers, as we head into fall, hear me now: it’s all about pumpkins. No, not PSL, not pumpkin-flavored muffins, not pumpkin seeded breads with pumpkin seasoning—I’m talking about the real McCoy. Markle’s favorite recipe is none other than pumpkin fondue. The recipe is from Ruth Reichl, and Markle shared it with the world following her notes online.

“I am going to go out on a limb here and say that this may be my favorite recipe of all time. A bold statement, indeed. Why, you ask? Because it’s equal parts satisfying, indulgent, shareable, and perhaps the easiest thing you’ve ever made,” Markle wrote.

Happiest of birthdays my friend!!

To make her even more memorable as the people’s Duchess, a video from the royal’s makeup artist, Daniel Martin, as a throwback to celebrate her birthday has emerged and showcases an Instagram filter-clad Markle eating raspberries off her fingers like I do—I mean, used to do when I was a kid and maybe/kinda/sorta still do if I feel like it.

While we’re in the thick of summer, raspberries have never looked more fun, and as we inch closer to fall, fondue never sounded so festive. God Save the Produce!
