PHOENIX, AZ - As consumer preferences continue to shift toward health-conscious and organic foods, Sprouts Farmers Market has seen significant opportunities for growth. This year alone, the grocer has expanded its presence in Virginia, Florida, California, New Jersey, and Arizona. Now, the retailer is investing in expanding its own workforce, announcing a National Hiring Day event across nearly all of its 340 stores throughout the country. The event is set to take place on Tuesday, December 17, and approximately 1,000 part- and full-time, non-seasonal positions are available to potential candidates.

  • Department Managers and Assistant Department Managers in Produce, Grocery, and more
  • Cashiers
  • Clerks
  • Courtesy Clerks
  • Backup Receivers and Scan Coordinators

Interviews will be held at Sprouts locations between 9 am and 7 pm on the 17th, and the entire event fits in with the retailer’s continued growth and expansion of its workforce. According to a press release, the grocer created 3,500 new jobs in 2018 and promoted 28 percent of its store team members.
