FRESNO, CA - With the California Fresh Fruit Association’s 83rd Annual Meeting coming up on March 3-5, 2019, the organization has announced the speakers for the event. This year, attendees can expect to see addresses by Ruben Navarrette and John Manzella. The speakers will be addressing the issues that are impacting the future of California agriculture, and what the industry needs to do to be prepared.

Navarrette will be heading the discussion, Solving the Immigration Puzzle: What We’re Doing Wrong—And How to Get it Right, according to the press release. A fresh and important voice in the national political debate, Navarrette offers unique thoughts on many major issues facing the nation today, particularly hot-button topics involving ethnicity and national origin. Navarrette has an impressive resume, having been a nationally syndicated columnist; a former regular commentator on National Public Radio; a contributor to several major news organizations, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and several others. He is also a published author and a well-known speaker on the national lecture circuit.

Manzella will be heading the discussion, Economic Trends, International Trade, and What’s Ahead. He is the author of several books, a world-recognized speaker, and a nationally syndicated columnist on global business, emerging risks, and the latest economic trends. Manzella’s views have appeared in prestigious news publications across the globe. Aside from his publications and speeches, Manzella is the Founder of both the ManzellaReport.com, a major source for economic analysis and global business, and Manzella Trade Communications, Inc., a public affairs, publishing, and consulting firm.
