WOLCOTT, NY – As the company looks to grow the national profile of its star brands, Crunch Time Apple Growers has appointed a new Director of Marketing. Rena Montedoro has been named to the role, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic brand development and boosting sales through integrated promotions.

In her new position, Rena will work to elevate both the regional and national profile of Crunch Time Apple Growers SnapDragon® and RubyFrost® brands. Playing a critical role in the company’s growth and development, Rena will oversee company sales, implement strategic marketing campaigns, expand the organization’s customer base, and build strong relationships with key players in the industry.

With an accomplished career to help lead her role with Crunch Time, Rena came to the company after leading a successful brand refresh for the Cutco Corporation based in Olean, NY. She also was the Founder, Editor-in-Chief, and Publisher of Great Lakes Magazine, the first magazine to cover and promote the Lake Erie region. Under Rena’s leadership, the magazine grew in readership from 25,000 direct mail copies to 150,000 subscribers in two years. The magazine also went from a city publication to an international magazine winning six first place awards in journalism, design, and photography.
