OXNARD, CA - The countdown clock is ticking! Industry members are heading to Monterey, California, to take part in the Foodservice Conference hosted by the International Fresh Produce Association. As we gear up, we spoke to Boskovich Farms to learn about what the provider is showcasing at the event.

This comes on the heels of growth in other areas of the company’s business as it continues to round out its offerings.

“We recently debuted two new retail lines. These include Fair Earth Farms, which is our organic salad kits and salad blends in plant-based, fully compostable packaging, and Green Fork, which is an inventive, fresh line of salad kits, tender leaves, salad blends, and packaged veggies. Both lines launched under Boskovich Fresh Food Group’s subsidiary, Fresh Prep,” Mike said.

Heading into the show, the company continues to remain laser-focused on quality, service, and consistency.
