BLANDON, PA - Organic innovations will be front and center at the upcoming Organic Produce Summit (OPS), and the Giorgio booth will certainly be a hot destination for showgoers. As the event draws near, I got in touch with Giorgio’s Bryan Shelton, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

“We’ll be highlighting our organic products and several of our newest product innovations at the show. Our stuffed Jalapeño line now includes two new flavor options: Imitation Bacon & Cheese and Triple Cheese & Diced Jalapeños. We’re also introducing ready-to-cook grill kits in three varieties—Steak Seasoning, Brown Sugar Bourbon, and Smoked Honey Habanero—designed for ease and flavor,” Bryan relayed. “In addition, we’re excited to share our latest development: Mushroom Toppers, a creamy mushroom sauce made with clean, wholesome ingredients. It strikes a balance between rich flavor and better-for-you components. This will serve as the starting point for an expanded line of sauces currently in development.”

Bryan added that Giorgio is looking forward to attending OPS this year to highlight Giorgio’s organic mushroom offerings and the latest product innovations, demonstrating how they address consumer and retailer needs.

“Among our items on display will be our new Grill Packs, available in Steak Seasoning, Brown Sugar Bourbon, and Smoked Honey Habanero. We've also expanded our stuffed products with a variety of flavors in Stuffed Mushrooms and Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers,” Bryan continued. “Today’s consumers value convenience without compromising on flavor. Our ready-to-cook products are developed with that in mind, offering practical solutions for busy lifestyles. Retailers have recognized this trend, prioritizing products that simplify meal preparation while maintaining quality and taste.”

As Bryan told me, one of Giorgio’s goals at the show is to engage with existing and potential partners to share how the supplier meets consumer demand for convenient, high-quality meal solutions.

“With shoppers increasingly seeking ease without sacrificing flavor, our ready-to-cook products are designed to fill that gap,” he said. “We’re also focused on collaborating with retailers to explore new opportunities, sample our latest innovations—like our creamy Mushroom Topper Sauce—and discuss how our offerings can support their evolving assortments.”
