Born under the sun in Southern Spain, Zucchiolo resembles a blend of a zucchini, cucumber, and tomato, but is the result of crossing a cucumber and a zucchini.

The result is a vegetable with incredible versatility that can be eaten either cooked or raw. A nutritious powerhouse rich in vitamins A and C and fiber, Zucchiolo may be the next food staple.
