Monterey Mushrooms Adds Elyse Seiler as Regional Sales Manager; Mike Stephan Comments
WATSONVILLE, CA - Monterey Mushrooms is on a mission to expand its reach in the West and has tapped Elyse Seiler to help lead the charge. Stepping in as the supplier’s newest Regional Sales Manager, she will manage fresh retail and foodservice mushroom sales across the Western region.
In her new role, Seiler will be responsible for selling mushrooms grown, packed, and shipped from the company’s farms in Royal Oaks and Morgan Hill, California, a press release stated. These facilities currently grow, harvest, and pack conventional and organic White, Baby Bella, and Portabella Mushrooms.
Before coming on board at Monterey Mushrooms, she was a Multi-Channel Sales Manager for a Mariculture company in Hawaii. Seiler has previous experience in mushroom sales with Gourmet Mushrooms based in Sebastopol, California. In her last position, she built and implemented creative sales strategies, including CRM implementation.
Mike Stephan, Sales Director, shared his enthusiasm for Seiler joining the Monterey Mushrooms team.
“We are excited to have Elyse join the Monterey sales team,” he said. “Her experience in sales and, more specifically, the Gourmet Mushroom industry will bring us a new perspective and help us provide new products and services to our customers in the West.”
Seiler holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Sonoma State University.
