NatureSweet®, Litehouse®, and Fresh Express® Partner With Albertsons For Fifth Annual “I Heart Salad” Retail Promotion
SANDPOINT, ID - It’s safe to say that salads are never going out of style. For as long as I’ve been alive, consumers have loved the versatile flavors and nutritious benefits that come along with them. Fresh Express® has teamed up with NatureSweet® and Litehouse® for the fifth annual “I Heart Salad” retail promotion, which highlights easy and affordable ways to create the perfect salad.
The “I Heart Salad” retail promotion has consistently increased sales for grocery retailers and the brand partners during the promotion period, according to a company release, which explained that cross promotions tying together salad ingredients can increase grocery retailer sales by at least 30 percent on average.
The exclusive promotion will run at Albertsons stores from March 3 until March 16 and will be supported through various initiatives including in-store signage, website, and newsletter support; online recipes and videos that highlight product versatility; social media influencer content that features easy salad recipes to recreate at home; and an integrated social media campaign.
A collaborative effort between the brands, the promotion includes high-quality ingredients that can be used to create delicious and simple salads, like Fresh Express Salad Blends, bright and juicy NatureSweet 10 oz Cherubs® tomatoes, and Litehouse’s creamy and delicious 13 oz spoonable dressings. These items will be discounted at Albertsons stores nationwide during the promotion, and consumers can mix and match the delicious products to create new and enticing salad varieties—whether it be a classic cobb salad or a delicate chimichurri chickpea salad, the opportunities are truly endless.
