New York Apple Association promotes "All About Apple Cider"

New York Apple Association (NYAA) is encouraging consumers to drink apple cider in their “All About Apple Cider” series.
The six video segments promote New York state apple cider and cover tips for enjoying sweet, nonalcoholic apple cider at home.
NYAA nutrition spokesperson and Registered Dietitian Linda Quinn says, “With apple cider, you have endless possibilities. It makes healthy foods taste better, and gives you that sweet taste you love without added sugar.”
The videos, ranging in length from 1-2 minutes each, feature lush images of apple orchards, whole apples, cider and foods made from them. They show apples being harvested, cleaned, crushed and pressed into cider, then pasteurized and bottled.
“We’ll be promoting the videos throughout the cider season, including with new retail point-of-sale cards that have a quick response code that links consumers to the YouTube videos,” says Molly Golden, NYAA Director of Marketing.
