Organics Unlimited Promotes GROW Month
San Diego, CA
This September, Organics Unlimited will help its customers increase sales of GROW bananas as part of GROW Month. During GROW Month, the company will provide tailored in-store promotional materials to help raise awareness of GROW—a charitable fund that offers help to workers and their families in banana growing regions.
Organics Unlimited is gearing up to help retailers with sampling events as contest and provide point-of-purchase materials including display signs, recipe cards, banana bags, and more. With each box of GROW bananas purchased, a portion of the revenue will be donated to the GROW Fund.
In preparation for GROW Month, Organics Unlimited expects increased growth. Mayra Velazquez de Leon, President and Co-Founder of Organics Unlimited and GROW, states, “An increase in sales means more opportunities for the communities where the bananas are grown. These programs include valuable educational and health opportunities for workers and their families that they may have never had the chance to obtain otherwise.
Organics Unlimited is a San Diego-based distributor or organic tropical fruit from Mexico and South America and offers organic bananas through their traditional label, GROW label, and Fair Trade label.
