Sollum Technologies Appoints Paul-Henri Rouleau as Chief Financial Officer; Louis Brun Comments
MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC, CANADA - As Sollum Technologies continues to optimize state-of-the-art technology to transform the greenhouse sector, the company has also unveiled its pursuit of growth from the inside out. The tech savant recently announced it has appointed Paul-Henri Rouleau as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Rouleau has dedicated most of his career to business in the technology industry, according to a company release, as he contributed to the founding of the National Bank of Canada’s Technology Group in 1995. Throughout his career, he has taken part in the development of over 150 companies in the software space, playing critical roles in their growth through round financing, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, strategic partnerships, and the implementation of innovative new organizational structures.
In 2004, Rouleau founded Phara Solutions, a consulting firm for technology companies, which offers mentorship and business development guidance and helps companies implement new business strategies and manage financing.
Before joining Sollum’s C-suite ring, the talented leader held the role of Chief Financial Officer at several different companies, including cloud-based networking software company Kaloôm and security management software provider Fortem Solutions, where he oversaw the company’s international growth.
