Sun World Appoints Its Newest Stone Fruit Marketer

Sun World International LLC is expanding its South Africa stone fruit licensed marketers. The company has appointed Stems Fruit Pty Ltd as a licensed stone fruit marketer. Stems Fruit Pty Ltd is a relatively new stone fruit export company in South Africa and brings to Sun World, a solid producer base as well as professional and expert stone fruit management team. The marketer joins Capespan Exports Pty Ltd and Green Marketing International Pty Ltd.
The stone fruit to be marketed includes a wide range of plums such as several blackskinned, red-flesh varieties marketed under the Company’s BLACK DIAMOND® brand, along with a line of black-skinned yellow-flesh plums marketed under the BLACK GIANT® brand. There is also a series of early-ripening apricots distributed under the HONEYCOT® brand, and a line of early-ripening peaches marketed under the AMBER CREST® brand.
Annelie Haumann, an experienced stone fruit marketer, founded Stems Fruit a year ago in conjunction with share holder producers and The Grape Company. The Grape Company is a specialist table grape export company and existing licensed table grape marketer.
