Confetti Snacks Releases Mandarin Chips; Betty Lu Details

SINGAPORE - The upcycled trend is still going strong among consumers. As we continue to follow through with making the most of our produce, Confetti Snacks is already mastering the art of delicious no-waste snacks. The Singapore-based, woman-owned company recently rolled out its new Mandarin “Chips” to get the most Mandarin servings in one groovy bag.

Betty Lu, Founder, Confetti Snacks“Mandarins are an auspicious fruit in our Singaporean culture,” Founder Betty Lu commented exclusively to AndNowUKnow. “We wanted to see if there is a way to celebrate that, and make surplus imperfect Mandarins into crunchy and delicious, fat-free snacks for the ultimate guilt-free indulgence to fight food waste.”

These half-moon-shaped chips are made of only Mandarin oranges that are slow-baked to perfection. So if your shoppers are looking for that crunch factor, kindly direct them to these fruit-fueled snacks.

Confetti Snacks recently rolled out its new Mandarin “Chips” to shake up the snacking sector

Like Confetti’s original veggie chips, these sweet slices are minimally processed and never deep-fried. And because of the low and slow baking process, noted the statement, they retain all that good vitamin C and their gorgeous orange hue. They’re perfect for summer parties, road trips, and beach days.

One packet contains 12 servings and costs $5. Confetti Mandarin Chips are also sold in packs of six for $30 and 12 for $60.
