LOXAHATCHEE, FL - With a focus on continuing its top-notch farming and harvesting operations, J&J Family of Farms has added a new Senior Farm Manager, Clayton Amestoy.

“Farming is in my blood,” explained Clayton about his enthusiasm to take on the new role. “I am excited to align myself with J&J, a company that is continuing to grow and evolve. My focus will be on continuing to provide leadership to our farming operations and through best practices, provide excellent quality farm-grown produce to our customers.” 

Clayton, a fourth-generation farmer, will now be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of J&J’s farming and harvesting operations. Having grown up on the Amestoy family farm in Boynton Beach, FL, he brings a lifetime of experience to the position and the values of dedication and hard work. Professionally, he has held roles such as District Farm Manager at Pero Family Farms and Farm Manager of R&A Farms Inc. in Boynton Beach, according to a press release.

“Clayton’s lifetime of farming experience, along with his proven track record of leading farm teams with the principles of farm stewardship, food safety, and social responsibility and his ability to make decisions will make him a great asset to the J&J Family Farm Team,” added Richard (“Dick”) Bowman, Director of Farming for J&J Family of Farms.

Clayton holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida.
