Our innovation team developed this first-of-its-kind salad kit ingredient as a vegan alternative to a bacon option that was trending on TikTok.”
The first newly launched salad is the Aloha BBQ kit, featuring the familiar flavors of Hawaiian barbecue with tangy sweet pineapple bits and vegan coconut bacon. According to a release, this vegan ingredient was inspired by food influencers, further enticing consumers to try the trending offering.
Braga Fresh also launched the Avocado Goddess chopped salad kit containing fresh herb notes with a creamy avocado dressing, crunchy flatbread strips, and a zingy goddess seasoning packet.
Both chopped salad kits are certified organic and contain clean salad dressing and component ingredients.
