Our focus is to direct our audience to our website, where they can find a plethora of mushroom-centric recipes to choose from to create for their loved ones.”

When it comes to in-store efforts, Bryan encourages retailers to cross-merchandise mushrooms—especially Giorgio’s stuffed baby bellas—by placing them near complimentary ingredients such as steak and fresh vegetables. This inspires creativity in the kitchen while putting a spotlight on the mushroom category, effectively encouraging impulse purchases and helping to position mushrooms as a thoughtful addition to a Mother's Day gift.
