Hy-Vee is gearing up to open its new store in Madison, Wisconsin. The new location will be the company's second Hy-Vee store in the state and is slated to open in mid-May of 2013. A spokesperson for the retailer told AndNowUKnow, the approximately 95,000 square-foot location will offer consumers all the regular perks that Hy-Vee has to offer including a full service restaurant and prepared foods section for the on-the-go shopper as well as a pharmacy and health market which will offer natural and organic products.

In addition, the Madison Hy-Vee will host in-store dieticians and chefs to address personal needs and inquiries for consumers. The 24-hour store has also carved out a wine and spirits section for the Madison community.

Hy-Vee expanded its footprint into Wisconsin with a store in Madison in 2010.
