Mercato Hires Jean-Michel Boujon as Chief Marketing Officer
SAN DIEGO, CA - As online grocery continues to boom, retail partners such as Mercato continue to grow. Sometimes this growth comes in the form of new leadership, such as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer, Jean-Michel Boujon.
In this role, Boujon will direct all efforts associated with Mercato's brand, user acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
Boujon joins Mercato from Getaround where he acted as Vice President of Growth. He also acted as Senior Director of E-commerce at BookRenter.com, and held leadership roles at The Ladders.com in New York and London.
Boujon secured his Masters in Finance from the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France. He also attended Nottingham University Business School in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
