Heather Gole, Human Resources Manager, Wegmans“Now is the time to apply. Although our stores won’t open for several months, we bring new employees on board quickly in order to provide best-in-class training,” said Heather Gole, Wegmans’ Human Resouces Manager. “We’re known for putting employees first, offering competitive pay and benefits, and flexible scheduling. Many of our company leaders today cite Wegmans as their first job and went to college with tuition assistance from our employee scholarship program.”

These are also Wegmans first stores to open since announcing its 100th anniversary. Founded in 1916, the chain has since grown to 88 stores operating in several states, including New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Massachusetts.
