Duda Farms Fresh Foods Ignites Ideas About How Fresh Produce Can Light Up Foodservice Menus
Duda Farm Fresh Foods is planning a few delicious treats at this year's PMA Foodservice Conference and Expo. The company will be offering a unique experience to attendees by presenting the company’s custom cocktails at several restaurants and bars in Monterey from July 26, 2013 to July 28, 2013.

The cocktails are inspired by the company’s farm fresh celery, Meyer lemon and Citrine® products. Served at hot spots throughout Monterey, the delights will showcase the company’s ability to seamlessly provide its foodservice clients with the high quality fresh produce items that are inspiring creativity in restaurant and bars, according to a press release.
“Creative cocktails are a great way to deliver farm freshness and flavor to your foodservice patrons,” said Nichole Towell, Director of Marketing for Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “By offering the PMA guests a taste of Duda’s fresh products in restaurants and bars across Monterey, our hope is to not only delight people but to ignite ideas about how products like Meyer lemons and clementines can accompany celery on the cocktail list at your foodservice establishment.”
A complimentary cocktail tasting will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Cibo Italian Restaurant from 10 pm to 12 am. Duda will feature three custom cocktails free of charge to guests:
• Dandy Meyer Lemon Martini
• Dandy Celery Martini
• Citrine Champagne Cocktail
Guests will also find Dandy celery and Meyer lemons garnishing their cocktails at restaurants that include Jacks Restaurant & Lounge in the Portola Hotel, Schooners Coastal Kitchen & Bar in the Monterey Plaza, and Three Flags Cafe in the Monterey Marriott.
During the expo on Sunday, July 28, 2013, Duda will offer guests of the trade show complimentary cocktails and street tacos at booth #137.
Cheers, to Duda Farm Fresh Foods!
