As part of its commitment to promoting consumption and the industry, the Fresh Produce & Floral Committee donated a second salad bar through the Let's Move Salad Bars to Schools initiative to Earl Warren Elementary School in Sacramento, CA earlier this month.

The Earl Warren Salad Bar marked the 200th donated through the program to a California School. The first salad bar went to Western High School in Anaheim, CA in September.

FPFC members have also elected to have Let's Move Salad Bars to Schools be a beneficiary of the Annual Holiday Luncheon and Charity Auction, the 12th of December.
