There’s a new Vice President of Sales at Growers Express, and he goes by the name of Merritt Bruce.

Bruce has been with the company since the beginning and has taken on a number of sales roles over the years, performing them with integrity, competence, and a friendly smile. Customers, big and small, appreciate his humility and insights in helping them reach their sales goals. Bruce has been more than effective in expanding the company’s customer base, relationships, and sales over the past few years as Director of National Accounts.

Recently, Bruce began a field sales and marketing campaign to expand the company’s commodity program with a new line of stand-up pouch products: the Green Giant pouch line, which is bringing in a whole array of new commodity opportunities. He has been travelling extensively and transitioning his daily duties to those of a role similar to the one Woody Johnson so successfully filled over the past 8 years. Johnson is retiring but will still serve the company in an advisory capacity.
