Idaho Potato Commission Adds Potato Blog to Website

The Idaho Potato Commission is gathering the web’s best potato recipe blogs and placing them in a new section of its website, The Potato Blog Squad.
Don Odiorne, VP Foodservice, states, “The light, fluffy texture, consistent performance, low price, and premium quality of Idaho® potatoes make them an ideal ingredient for food bloggers to use in any number of dishes. It’s been extremely entertaining and educational to see the vast array of inventive recipes these bloggers are cooking up.”
These innovative recipes created by outstanding food bloggers showcase the versatility of Idaho® potatoes, ranging from side dishes like Potato and Beet Galette and Tri-Color Curried Potato Salad to decadent desserts, like Idaho® Purple Peruvian Bonbons.
The IPC has sponsored TECHmunchNYC, and is a two-time sponsor of Camp Blogaway, a two-day workshops for bloggers of all experience levels.
